Strength training, core and abdominal fitness, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, weight control are some of the services offered. Reasonably priced 30, 45 and 60 minute sessions are available, 2-3 days per week suggested, partner and small groups sessions available.

Workouts are held at Blue Jacket Park, or special arrangements can be made to accommodate your schedule or location. Message me or call to set up a consultation, let me take you from where you are, to where you want to be.
